I believe that all children favor in some way or another the biological parents…I have been married and divorced four times and out of these four marriages I sired 6 children…4 boys, 2 girls. From birth and various stages in raising my children looking at my own childhood photo’s I couldn’t deny any of them….There are aspects of divorce law and rulings that I, myself have had to go through that I truely believe are unjust when it comes to men…However, It is very true in all states that once a child is brought into this world and your name as the father is entered into the records as the father, you are the father...

The courts figure that as long as a person accepts the responsibility of a child and he or she, takes on the role of parent to this child especially after a period of years, divorce is not going to change that responsibility...

The child shouldn’t have to suffer for the mistakes of the adults…
In most states if the custodial parent remarries and the new spouse wanted to take on the responsibility of the children as his or her own, the biological father cannot give up his rights to children for an adoption to take place...

I have found that there are no “special” circumstances with regard to court rulings..In this case I feel the court should continue to enforce support of the child however, allow further investigation as to whom the biological father is…”Why” what if the biological father came forward after being absent from a childs life and decided it was time to play daddy? How would the court rule then? of course in favor of the biological father... Is this fair? not as far as I am concerned..
